This screen is organized into five tabs.
Instructions
Step-by-step guidance for generating WooCommerce API credentials.
API Settings
The core connection fields: WooCommerce App URL, Consumer Key, and Consumer Secret, plus the Business Location that synced sales are recorded against, and an Enable Auto Sync checkbox.
Product Sync Settings
Controls how products are pushed and pulled: Default Tax Class, whether prices sync inclusive or exclusive of tax, the Default Selling Price Group, and how product descriptions map (short, long, or both). Separate checkbox groups choose which fields (name, price, category, quantity, weight, image, description) are included when creating versus updating synced products, along with Manage Stock and In Stock behavior for each case.
Order Sync Settings
Maps each WooCommerce order status and shipping status to the equivalent POS sale status.
Webhook Settings
Shows the Webhook Delivery URL and a Webhook Secret field for each of the four supported WooCommerce webhook events: Order Created, Order Updated, Order Deleted, and Order Restored, used to validate incoming webhook calls from the store.
Access requires the woocommerce_module subscription permission plus woocommerce.access_woocommerce_api_settings, or the superadmin role. Settings are saved as one form via the Update button.
