Trending Products Reports

Ranks the best-selling products by total units sold over a chosen period, shown as a bar chart.

Trending Products ranks items by total quantity sold, rendered as a column chart with one bar per product/variation. It requires the trending_product_report.view permission.

Each bar is labeled with the product name, SKU and unit, and its height reflects total units sold in the selected date range. Filters let you narrow the ranking by Category, Sub-category, Brand, Unit, Product Type, Business Location and a result Limit (how many top products to display), in addition to a start/end date range.

Step-by-step Workflow

1. Open the reportGo to Reports > Trending Products.
2. Set the date rangeChoose the period to rank sales over.
3. Apply product filtersOptionally narrow by category, brand, unit or product type.
4. Set the result limitChoose how many top-selling products to display.
5. Review the chartIdentify best sellers by bar height (total units sold).
