Repair Dashboard Repair
/repair/dashboard
An overview of active repair job sheets, broken down by status, technician, and trending brands, devices and models.
The Repair Dashboard opens with a row of colored status tiles showing the count of job sheets currently in each repair status (each tile uses the status's configured color); a message is shown instead when there are no job sheets yet. When the Service Staff module is enabled, a table below lists the total job sheets handled by each service staff member.
Further down the page, three chart widgets show Trending Brands, Trending Devices, and Trending Device Models, giving a quick view of which brands and device types are most commonly coming in for repair.
This dashboard is read-only and gives repair managers a fast snapshot of workload distribution before drilling into individual repairs or job sheets.
