Manage the named, colored statuses used to track a repair's progress, normally reached through the Status tab in Repair Settings.

This screen manages the list of repair statuses (for example Received, In Progress, Ready for Pickup, Delivered) that appear in the status dropdown on repair invoices and job sheets. Its data table lists each status's Name (with a checkmark icon if it is marked as a completed status), Color swatch, and Sort Order, with per-row Edit, Deactivate, and Activate actions.

Selecting Add opens a form to define the status Name, a Color (via a color picker), a Sort Order, whether it should be flagged as a completed status, and optional SMS Template, Email Subject, and Email Body content used when notifying customers of that status.

Access requires the repair_status.access permission together with the repair module being enabled in the business's subscription. This management table is embedded as the Status tab on the Repair Settings page, alongside a separate Custom Settings tab for extra custom statuses.
