ourerp.org/home Dashboard & Analytics Home Dashboard Our ERP · blueprint preview

The landing page after login, showing sales and purchase KPI tiles, trend charts, and tables of payment dues, stock alerts and pending documents for the current business.

The Home Dashboard is what every user lands on after signing in. What it shows depends on permissions: a user without the dashboard.data permission sees an empty dashboard shell, while an admin (or anyone granted dashboard.data) sees the full set of KPI tiles, charts and tables described below. Admins also get a business location dropdown (shown only when the business has more than one location) and a Filter by Date button that reloads all of the widgets for the selected range.

At the top is a KPI strip loaded over AJAX with eight figures for the selected period: Total Sale, Net (sales minus invoice due minus expenses, with a help tooltip), Invoice Due and Total Sell Return on one row, and Total Purchase, Purchase Due, Total Purchase Return and Expense on the next. Below the tiles sit two line charts, Sales – Last 30 Days and Sales – Current FY, each broken down by location when the business has more than one.

Further down the page are a series of data tables: Sales Payment Dues and Purchase Payment Dues (the latter gated by the purchase.view permission) list invoices/purchases due for payment within the next 7 days with an inline Add Payment action; Product Stock Alert (gated by stock_report.view) lists products whose available quantity has fallen below their alert quantity; and Stock Expiry Alert lists lot/batch items expiring within the business's configured alert window. Additional tables cover Sales Orders, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Pending Shipments and Payment Recovered Today, each filterable by location where the business has more than one.

All of these widgets read live business data scoped to the signed-in business and the user's permitted locations — nothing here is cached the way the Analytics Dashboard is, so figures always reflect the latest transactions.
