The master product catalog — search, filter and manage every product, with per-row actions for pricing, stock, labels and duplication.

This screen requires product.view or product.create. The table shows a bulk-select checkbox, product image, Product name (flagged with Inactive, Not For Selling or WooCommerce-sync badges as relevant), SKU, Category/Sub Category, Brand, Unit, Tax, Current Stock (scoped to your permitted locations), Purchase Price and Selling Price ranges, the locations the product is sold from, and any configured custom fields. A second tab, Stock Report, is available alongside All Products when you hold stock_report.view.

A filter panel narrows the list by Product Type (Single/Variable/Combo), Category, Sub Category, Unit, Tax, Brand, Business Location, HSN, a Not for Selling checkbox, and — when the WooCommerce module is installed — a WooCommerce Enabled checkbox.

Each row's Actions dropdown offers Print Labels, View, Edit, Delete, Reactivate (for inactive products), Add/Edit Opening Stock, Product Stock History, Add Selling Price Group Prices (when at least one price group exists), Duplicate Product, and — if a brochure file is attached — a download link for it, each shown only when your permissions allow that action. Admins also see a Download Excel button to export the visible catalog, and users with product.create see an Add button.

Step-by-step Workflow

  1. Filter the catalogNarrow by product type, category, brand, unit, tax, business location or HSN to find the products you need.
  2. Add a productClick Add to open the full product creation form.
  3. Manage an individual productUse a row's Actions menu to edit, adjust opening stock, view stock history, add price-group prices, or duplicate it as a starting point for a similar item.
  4. Print labelsChoose Print Labels on a row to jump straight to the label-printing screen pre-loaded with that product.
  5. Export or retire productsUse Download Excel to export the filtered list, or Delete/Reactivate a row to retire or restore a product.
