Attendance HRM
/hrm/attendance
Clock in and out, record and review daily attendance, manage work shifts, and handle half-day or work-from-home attendance requests, all from one tabbed screen.
At the top, employees with clock-in access see a Clock In / Clock Out button pair, with the current clock-in time shown once clocked in. Below that, the page is organized into tabs: Shifts (define fixed or flexible shifts with start/end time, weekly holidays and auto-clockout, plus assigning employees to a shift with start/end dates), All Attendance (the day-by-day record with Date, Employee, Clock In, Clock Out, Work Duration, IP Address and Shift columns, filterable by employee and date range for users with the essentials.crud_all_attendance permission), Attendance by Shift and Attendance by Date (grouped views), Import Attendance, and Attendance Requests (half-day and work-from-home requests).
Admins with essentials.crud_all_attendance can add attendance manually via Add Latest Attendance, bulk-select rows for deletion, and see a summary of total work hours plus work-from-office, work-from-home and half-day day counts for the filtered range.
Shift management lives inside this page rather than as a separate screen: the Shifts tab lists every shift with Edit and Assign Users actions, backed by the same underlying data the standalone Shifts page exposes.
