Knowledge Base Essentials
/essentials/knowledge-base
A hierarchical, accordion-style library of knowledge-base sections and articles that employees can browse for reference material.
The Knowledge Base is organized as a three-level tree: top-level knowledge bases, each expandable into Sections, which in turn expand, accordion-style, into individual Articles with rich-text content and an optional attached document to download. Clicking Add at the top creates a new top-level knowledge base; a plus icon next to any knowledge base or section adds a section or article underneath it.
Each section or article row offers View, Edit and Delete actions. Editing opens the same rich-text editor used for creation, so existing content, titles and attached documents can be updated in place.
Because the structure nests indefinitely (knowledge base, then section, then article), it works well for grouping related how-to material, policies-in-practice, or onboarding references under a shared topic.
