CRM Settings CRM
/crm/settings
Configures module-wide CRM options: order requests, default location and assignees for imported leads, address sync, and outgoing email settings for CRM notifications.
General settings include an Order Request prefix and an enable toggle, a default business location, a default created-by user, and a WooCommerce-assigned user and CRM API key used when leads are pulled in from a connected WooCommerce store, alongside toggles to sync billing and shipping addresses and to enable WooCommerce leads.
An Email Settings section configures the SMTP details used for CRM notification emails (such as proposals and campaigns), with an option to reuse the superadmin's mail configuration instead, and a Test Email button to verify the settings before relying on them.
This screen is restricted to business admins with the CRM module in their subscription; settings are stored as JSON on the business record and applied across the CRM module.
