Users User Management
/users
Lists every staff/system user account in the business and lets admins add, edit, activate/deactivate, delete, and bulk-manage roles, locations and department for them.
This screen requires either the user.view or user.create permission. The table lists Username, Name, Role, Email, Status and Action for every user in the business (commission agents are excluded — they are managed as contacts, not users). An Add button in the top-right opens the create-user form, shown only to users with user.create.
Each row's Action column is built permission-by-permission: Edit needs user.update and is further disabled for Level 3 (Employee) profiles when the business's "enable user edit profile" setting blocks it; View needs user.view; Delete needs user.delete; Activate/Deactivate needs user.active and never appears on your own row. When the Activity Tracker module is installed and subscribed, rows also get Generate Tracker Config and Upload Tracker App actions; when Advanced HRM is installed and subscribed, a Convert as Employee action appears for any user not already linked to an HRM employee record.
Selecting one or more row checkboxes reveals a Bulk Actions menu (only for users with user.active or user.update) with options to change Status, Login Type, Role, Access Locations, Department, Designation, Primary Work Location, and — with Advanced HRM — Convert as Employee. The signed-in user's own row is always excluded from bulk operations, and a bulk role change first checks each selected user and warns about any that cannot be reassigned (for example the business's sole remaining Admin).
Disallowing login on a user clears their username and password; the business can also cap how many user accounts are allowed under its subscription package, which blocks the Add User form once the quota is used up.
