Leads CRM
/crm/leads
Lists and manages every lead in the CRM pipeline, with both a data table and a Kanban board view, filters, bulk updates and conversion to customer.
Leads can be viewed as a sortable List View (the default) or switched to a Kanban Board using the view toggle in the toolbar. Filters above the table narrow leads by created date range, source, life stage (list view only), purpose, lead type and assigned user.
The list view table shows contact id, name, mobile, email, source, last follow-up, upcoming follow-up, life stage, purpose, lead type and assigned user, with a row action menu for each lead. Selecting rows with the checkboxes reveals a Bulk Update button for changing fields like life stage or purpose across multiple leads at once.
The Add button opens the new-lead form. From a lead's row actions you can edit, view, email the contact directly (with sent-email history), or convert a qualified lead into a customer contact via the /lead/{id}/convert action.
Access is controlled by the crm.access_all_leads and crm.access_own_leads permissions — a user with only the latter sees exclusively the leads assigned to them. A separate Import Leads tool supports bulk CSV upload of new leads.
