Businesses Superadmin
/superadmin/business
Manage every business registered on the platform, their subscription status, and per-business actions like activation, backup and password resets.
The Businesses screen lists every business (tenant) registered on the installation with its registration date, business name, owner, owner email, owner phone, business contact number, address, active/inactive status, current subscription (package name with start/end dates), and the user who created it. A filter bar narrows the list by Package, Subscription Status (expiring in 30/7/3 days, expired, or subscribed), Status (active/inactive), Last Transaction Date, and No Transaction Since.
Each row's Action column offers Manage (opens the business detail/edit view), a toggle to Deactivate or Activate the business, Delete, and Backup to generate a data backup for that business. Selecting Add opens the form to register a new business directly from the superadmin panel. From a business's user list, superadmin can also reset a user's password via the Update Password action.
Access to this entire screen and its actions requires the superadmin permission and is protected by the module's superadmin route middleware.
