All Purchases Purchases
/purchases
Lists every purchase transaction recorded against suppliers, with filters and quick actions to view, edit, pay, or return each one.
The purchases table lists every purchase with its date, reference number, location, supplier, purchase status, payment status, grand total, and payment due. A small return icon appears next to the reference number if some quantity from that purchase has already been returned. Use the filter bar to narrow the list by business location, supplier, purchase status, payment status (including an Overdue option based on the supplier's payment term), and a date range.
Each row's Actions menu offers View, Print, Edit, Delete, and Print Labels, plus a download/preview link for any attached document. If the signed-in user has payment permissions, the menu also includes Add Payment (hidden once the purchase is fully paid) and View Payments. A Purchase Return link starts a return against that specific purchase, and the status badge itself is clickable to update the purchase status (Ordered, Pending, Received) inline.
Access is controlled by the purchase.view, purchase.create, and view_own_purchase permissions: a user who only holds view_own_purchase sees just the purchases they personally created. The Add button in the top-right corner (requiring purchase.create) opens the purchase entry form.
