ourerp.org/crm/follow-ups CRM Follow Ups Our ERP · blueprint preview

Schedules, tracks and manages sales follow-up activities such as calls and meetings against leads and customers, including recurring follow-ups.

The screen has two tabs: Follow Ups for one-off scheduled activities and Recur Follow Ups for recurring schedules. Filters let you narrow by contact, assigned user (when you hold crm.access_all_schedule), status, schedule type, follow-up date range, follow-up-by (payment status or orders) and follow-up category.

The table lists contact, start/end datetime, status, schedule type, follow-up category, assigned user, description, additional info, title, and who added the record and when; a footer row totals follow-ups by status and type.

Use Add for a quick follow-up, or Add Advance Follow Up to open a modal with extended scheduling options, including recurring patterns. Status values include Scheduled, Open, Completed and Cancelled/Canceled.

Users with crm.access_own_schedule only see follow-ups assigned to them; those with crm.access_all_schedule can see and filter by every user's schedule.
