Asset Maintenance Asset Management
/asset/asset-maintenance
Logs and tracks maintenance and repair requests raised against assets, with status, priority and live warranty-coverage visibility.
Filters narrow requests by status (New, In Progress, Completed, Cancelled), priority (High, Medium, Low) and assigned user. The table shows a maintenance ID, the asset, status, priority, a Warranty column showing whether the asset is currently in or out of warranty, details, datetime, assigned-to user and created-by user.
Access is split by permission: asset.view_all_maintenance shows every maintenance request across the business, while asset.view_own_maintenance limits the list to requests the current user created or is assigned to.
Because each record links back to its asset's warranty dates, you can immediately see whether a repair is likely to be covered before deciding how to proceed.
