ourerp.org/reports/stock-report Reports Stock Report Our ERP · blueprint preview

Lists current stock levels, movement and value for every product/variation across locations, with links to stock history and group pricing.

The Stock Report is a per-product-variation view of current inventory: how much stock is on hand, how much has been sold, transferred and adjusted, and what that stock is worth at cost and at selling price. It requires the stock_report.view permission.

Key columns include Current Stock, Total Unit Sold, Total Transferred, Total Adjusted, Unit Purchase Price, Stock Value (by purchase price), Stock Value (by sale price) and Potential Profit (sale value minus purchase value of the remaining stock). Rows for items at or below their configured alert quantity are highlighted. If the Manufacturing module is enabled and licensed, a Manufactured Stock column is also shown.

  • Location, Category, Sub-category, Brand, Unit, Tax — narrow the list to a subset of products.
  • Product type and only manufactured products — restrict to specific product types or production output.
  • Active/inactive and not for selling — include or exclude discontinued or purchase-only items.

Access to selling-price-group pricing in the Unit Price column depends on the access_default_selling_price permission and per-group permissions; a View Group Prices button appears where the user is allowed to see them.
