Drafts Sales & POS

/sells/drafts

ourerp.org/sells/drafts Sales & POS Drafts Our ERP · blueprint preview

Lists sales saved as drafts for later completion, which can also include quotations and proforma invoices saved in draft form.

The table lists each draft's date, reference number, customer, contact number, location, total items, and who added it. Filters narrow by business location, customer, date range, and user. The Add Draft button opens the same sale entry form pre-set to save as a draft rather than a completed sale.

Because a quotation or proforma invoice is also stored with draft status internally, this list can include those documents alongside plain drafts — they're distinguished by their own row actions rather than by a separate status column. A row for a quotation offers Copy Quotation and its notification/URL links in addition to the standard actions.

Row actions let you convert a draft into a final invoice, convert it into a proforma invoice (unless it already is one), or delete it (requiring draft.delete or quotation.delete depending on the document's type).

Viewing this list requires draft.view_all or draft.view_own.
