ourerp.org/woocommerce WooCommerce WooCommerce Sync Our ERP · blueprint preview

The control panel for manually syncing product categories, products, tax rates, and orders between the POS and a connected WooCommerce store.

This screen provides one card per sync action, each shown only to users with the matching permission (or a superadmin): Sync Product Categories, Map Tax Rates (matches each POS tax rate to its WooCommerce equivalent), Sync Products (with separate Sync Only New and Sync All buttons), and Sync Orders (pulls WooCommerce orders in as POS sales). Each sync button shows the timestamp of its last successful run next to it.

Alerts and resets

Warning banners appear when categories or products exist that have not yet been synced, or have been updated locally since the last sync. A connection-failure alert appears if the configured WooCommerce API cannot be reached. Reset Synced Categories and Reset Synced Products buttons clear the stored WooCommerce IDs on categories/products (after a confirmation checkbox), letting a full re-sync be run from scratch.

Access to the page requires the woocommerce_module subscription permission or the superadmin role; each action button is additionally gated by its own permission (woocommerce.syc_categories, woocommerce.map_tax_rates, woocommerce.sync_products, woocommerce.sync_orders).
