A hub of report cards linking to the trial balance, ledger, balance sheet, ageing, and bank/TDS audit reports.

The Accounting Reports screen displays a card for each available report, with a short description and a View Report button:

  • Trial Balance
  • Ledger Report — the button is disabled with an alert prompting the user to add an account first if none exist
  • Balance Sheet
  • Account Receivable Ageing Report and its Details view
  • Account Payable Ageing Report and its Details view
  • Bank Audit Report

An additional TDS Audit Report card appears only when the TDS module is installed and subscribed for the business.

Step-by-step Workflow

  1. Browse the report cardsRead each card's description to identify the report needed.
  2. Open a reportClick View Report on a card to navigate to that report's dedicated page.
  3. Add an account first if neededIf the Ledger Report link is disabled, add at least one chart-of-accounts account before retrying.
