Sales Representative Report Reports

Shows each sales representative's total sales, total expenses and calculated commission for a chosen period.

The Sales Representative Report calculates, per selected user, their total sales (net of returns), any expenses recorded against them, and the commission they've earned. It requires the sales_representative.view permission.

Commission is computed according to the business's POS setting Commission Calculation Type: either on invoice value (a percentage of total sales, net of sell returns) or on payment received (a percentage of payments actually collected against that rep's sales). The commission percentage comes from the user's configured commission rate.

Filter by User (sales representative or commission agent), Business Location and a date range; total sell, total expense and total commission are each fetched separately once filters are applied.

Step-by-step Workflow

1. Open the reportGo to Reports > Sales Representative Report.
2. Select a representativeChoose the user or commission agent to analyze.
3. Set the date range and locationScope the figures to a period and optional location.
4. Review total salesCheck the net sales value for the selected representative.
5. Review expenses and commissionCheck recorded expenses and the calculated commission amount.
