Map Transactions Accounting
/accounting/transactions
Link sales, purchases, payments, bank statements, and TDS/TCS records to chart-of-accounts entries.
This screen presents a tabbed set of data tables — Sale, Sales Payments, Purchases, Purchase Payments, Expenses, and Bank Statements — plus TDS/TCS and TDS Statements tabs when the TDS module is installed and subscribed. Each tab supports a date range filter and tab-specific filters such as location, supplier, customer, payment status, bank name, or reference number.
Mapping transactions
Rows that have not yet been linked to an account show a Map Transaction action, which opens a modal to select the accounting accounts involved; already-mapped rows show Edit Mapping instead. Bank statements and TDS payments that have been mapped also expose a View action to see the existing mapping. Mapping actions require the accounting.map_transactions permission.
