CRM Reports CRM
/crm/reports
Admin-only analytics covering follow-up activity by user and contact, and lead-to-customer conversion rates.
The Follow-ups by user widget (filterable by date range) shows, for each user, how many follow-ups fall into each status plus a total. A matching Follow-ups by contacts widget breaks the same status counts down by contact instead of by user.
The Lead to Customer Conversion table shows how many leads each user has converted into customers; clicking through opens a details view (lead-to-customer-details/{user_id}) listing the specific leads that user converted.
This screen is restricted to business admins — the controller aborts with a 403 for any non-admin user, regardless of individual CRM permissions.
