A folder tree of shared, editable spreadsheets, letting users organize sheets into folders and share them with users, roles, or to-dos.

The Spreadsheets screen shows My Spreadsheets as a searchable, expandable/collapsible folder tree. Each folder can contain multiple spreadsheets, with an Untitled group holding any sheet not assigned to a folder. Every visible spreadsheet shows its last-updated timestamp, its creator, and (if shared) who it has been shared with — specific users, roles, or linked to-dos.

Key actions

  • Add Folder (requires create.spreadsheet) creates a new folder to organize sheets; clicking the edit icon on a folder reopens the same modal to rename it.
  • The + icon next to a folder (or the Untitled group) opens the spreadsheet create screen, pre-selecting that folder.
  • Each spreadsheet row offers View (opens the sheet in a new tab); its owner additionally sees Delete, Share (opens a modal to share with users, roles, or to-dos), and Move to another folder.

Only spreadsheets the user created, or that have been shared with their user account, one of their roles, or a to-do assigned to them, are listed (unless the viewer is a superadmin). Access requires the spreadsheet_module subscription permission plus access.spreadsheet, or the superadmin role.
