CRM Dashboard CRM
/crm/dashboard
Gives sales staff an at-a-glance view of today's follow-ups and their own lead pipeline, plus company-wide lead, customer, source and life-stage metrics for admins.
The top row shows personal tiles: Today's Follow-ups due for the logged-in user, My Leads assigned to them, and My Leads to Customer Conversion. Alongside these, a My Followups table breaks down the user's follow-ups by status, and (when call logging is enabled) a My Call Logs widget shows calls made today, yesterday and this month.
For admins, an additional section shows business-wide totals for customers, leads, sources and life stages, a table of lead-to-customer conversion rate per source, a life-stage breakdown, and a Birthdays widget listing contacts with a birthday today or in the next 30 days with a Send Wishes button that opens a pre-filled campaign.
Two report-style widgets sit at the bottom: Follow-ups by user (filterable by date range and follow-up category) and Lead to Customer Conversion, both summarizing the same data available in full on the CRM Reports page.
Visibility of the follow-up and lead tiles depends on the crm.access_all_schedule/crm.access_own_schedule and crm.access_all_leads/crm.access_own_leads permissions; the admin-only section is shown only when the user passes the module's is_admin check.
