Business Locations Settings

Lists every branch/warehouse location for the business with its address, default invoice scheme/layout and price group, plus activate/deactivate controls.

Business Locations lists every physical or logical location the business operates from — shops, warehouses, or virtual locations — showing name, location ID, landmark, city, ZIP code, state, country, the default selling price group, the default invoice scheme and invoice layout (and, separately, the sale invoice layout), and whether the location is active. It requires the business_settings.access permission, and only locations the logged-in user is permitted to access are listed.

Each row offers an Edit action (opens a modal to change the location's details), a Settings link (per-location configuration such as its own invoice numbering and layout), and an Activate/Deactivate toggle for taking a location out of use without deleting it.

Step-by-step Workflow

1. Open Business LocationsGo to Settings > Business Locations.
2. Add a locationUse the Add button to create a new branch/warehouse.
3. Edit a locationClick Edit to update its address, price group or invoice defaults.
4. Configure per-location settingsUse the Settings link for location-specific numbering/layout.
5. Deactivate if neededUse the Activate/Deactivate toggle to disable a location instead of deleting it.
