Lists manually created sales invoices with customer, payment, and shipping details, separate from POS terminal sales.

The table lists each sale's date, invoice number, customer, contact number, location, payment status, payment method, total amount, total paid, amount due, sell return due, shipping status, total items, service type, and who added it, plus notes, table, and service staff where relevant. Filters above the table narrow by business location, customer, payment status (Paid, Due, Partial, Overdue), date range, sales representative, commission agent, service staff, shipping status, payment method, and (for GST-enabled businesses) government and user labels.

Each row's Actions menu offers View, Edit, Delete (blocked once an e-invoice reference number has been generated for the sale), Download PDF, Add/Edit Payment, View Payments, Sell Return, View Invoice URL, Update Invoice Number, share via WhatsApp, and (where shipping is enabled for the user) Edit Shipping, plus Print options for the invoice, packing slip, or delivery note.

This list only shows sales created through the manual Add Sale form — sales rung up at the POS terminal appear on the separate POS Sales list instead, even though both are stored the same way under the hood. The Add button (requiring direct_sell.access) opens that form.

Viewing the list requires one of several permissions depending on what you're allowed to see: full sales access (sell.view/sell.create), direct-sell access, your own sales only (view_own_sell_only), sales you're the commission agent on, or sales-order/shipping access.
