Quotations Sales & POS
/sells/quotations
Lists quotations offered to customers, a stricter view than Drafts limited to documents specifically saved as quotations.
The table lists each quotation's date, reference number, customer, contact number, location, total items, and who added it, with the same filter set as the Drafts list: business location, customer, date range, and user. The Add Quotation button opens the sale entry form pre-set to save as a quotation.
Unlike the Drafts list, this screen only shows documents specifically marked as quotations that aren't linked to a CRM deal — plain drafts and proforma invoices don't appear here even though they share the same underlying draft status.
Row actions include the usual convert-to-invoice and delete (quotation.delete) options, plus quotation-specific extras: Copy Quotation to duplicate it as a new one, a notification action to resend it, and View Quote URL to get a shareable link for the customer.
Viewing this list requires quotation.view_all or quotation.view_own.
