Welcome to the Our ERP Documentation
This is the user guide for the Our ERP platform — a screen-by-screen handbook covering everything from daily sales and purchases to payroll, projects, and reporting.
What you'll find here
The documentation contains 116 screen guides organised into 23 modules. Every guide describes one screen of the application: what it is for, what you can do on it, the business rules behind it, and a step-by-step workflow for its most common task.
The guides are written for day-to-day users — cashiers, storekeepers, accountants, HR staff and managers — so they focus on how to get work done: recording a sale, receiving a purchase, approving a leave request, closing a cash register, or pulling a profit & loss report. Wherever a screen enforces a rule (a permission, a required field, an approval flow), the guide says so.
How a guide page is organised
Every guide follows the same layout, so once you've read one you can navigate them all:
| Section | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Summary | One or two sentences on what the screen is for — read this first. |
| Screen picture | A picture of the screen: inside the app this is a live preview of the real screen with your current data; here in the public guide it is a screenshot slideshow or a drawn outline. |
| Explanation | The full story — every column, filter, button and business rule on the screen, including which permissions control what you can see and do. |
| Step-by-step workflow | A numbered walkthrough of the screen's main task that you can follow along, click by click. |
The fastest way to a specific answer is the search box in the left menu — try the name of the thing you're working with, like “payroll”, “stock transfer” or “invoice”.
What you can see and do in the application depends on the role your administrator assigned to you. A guide may describe buttons or menus that are hidden for your account — that is expected, not an error.

If a guide doesn't answer your question, or you spot something that doesn't match what you see on screen, contact your system administrator — the documentation is maintained in-house and updated as the platform evolves. Remember that inside the application the book icon in the top bar of any documented screen gives you instant, context-aware help without leaving your work.
